Rising HVAC Costs

If you have bought an heating or cooling system in the past, or even just looked around for prices at some point, you may have noticed that the cost has gone up in the last couple years. The increases are not just in the Portland area or due to the heat wave that hit us over the summer of 2021. The increase in price is across the board and ranges anywhere from 3% to 9%.

With labor shortages, material costs soaring, and demand increasing while supply is limited (read more about the equipment shortage and delays here) the manufacturers were bound to increase their pricing, resulting in higher rates in your area.
