I was a successful custom home builder and remodeler for over 30 years. My last HVAC subcontractor retired so I contacted D & R to find someone willing to come out ASAP before the warm weather starts and add a little coolant to our AC system. Frank from D & R came out promptly and ahead of schedule. He was very thorough in checking on our older AC unit after I requested to have it recharged. He was very informative and respectful of our property. He was able to easily, efficiently and effectively complete a check on all our systems and add coolant. I came across D&R via an HVAC inspection/maintenance offer I purchased from Groupon. The D&R HVAC tech (Chris) was great! He was on time, courteous, neat, thorough, and took time to answer all of my inane questions. He identified one preventative maintenance item to consider. Still, he was not pushy in presenting that item, nor did I feel he was trying to push needless services or maintenance contracts. Given how reasonable and trustworthy Chris was, I opted to have them address that one item -- which he handled post haste. I was happy with the services performed by Chris (D&R) and would be quick to consider them for future HVAC repair or maintenance needs.

D & R Heating and Air recently installed and replaced our Central Air Conditioner and Gas Furnace. They are a Lennox authorized installer. They are professional, courteous, friendly, and thorough. While other places were quoting ridiculously high prices as it was 100° when our A/C unit broke, D&R quoted a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend D&R. Give them a call!
